The ideal approach to a project is not always one-dimensional. Our involvement often
requires the use of multiple approaches. As a result, Consulting, Facilitating and
Training are used in any combination necessary to achieve the desired objectives. When
multiple approaches are applied, we refer to the project as a "Hybrid."
Hybrid approaches may be used to address any topic, in almost any setting. As an
example, clients often opt for Training Sessions to be designed as Hybrids (combined as
Training/Facilitation or Training/Consulting). This results in an acceleration of the
learning process and is specifically valuable for "cutting edge" topics (where
there is less digestible material available) and for "catch-up" sessions (when
time is at an absolute premium).
In addition to the above example, Hybrid Projects are particularly common when the
identified issues and needs are complex and/or when implementation is likely to be
multi-staged. Examples of these types of Hybrid Projects include, but are not limited to
requests for:
