CONTEXT
Coaching is the most informal and customized of our Services. The
overriding purpose is individual development. Such development may be
directed toward identified skills, current job responsibilities, future job or
career responsibilities, or something referred to as "personal
agenda." That is, many times during a Coaching relationship,
individuals look for insight, opinions, suggestions or advice concerning
specific issues that arise. These issues might involve strategies and
analysis surrounding such things as organizational policies, management
styles, or political tensions.

RESOURCES
We begin with a standard package of six psychological
instruments. Should clients desire additional
testing now or in the future, we are qualified to
administer a number of restricted and clinical
instruments, and would most likely be able to accommodate
your request.
LANGUAGES
The firm's primary languages are English and Spanish. In addition, our corporate
resources allow us to deliver services in other languages. Please inquire about specific
needs.
FORMATS
This is considered more developmental than direct problem resolution, although it may
involve problem identification and problem solving. Coaching may be used by anyone at any
level of the organization, although it is most often requested by or for upper-level
management, including Board Members, Presidents, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating
Officers, Vice-Presidents, and Executive Directors.
BILLING
Consulting fees are determined on an hourly basis, and billing is normally issued
monthly.
We believe that Coaching relationships should be as finite as possible, encouraging the
client to be self-sufficient. Consequently, we do not require long-term
contracts.
