Welcome to Interax's services to IT organizations and professionals

Interax has a proven track record in successfully assisting IT organizations with one of the most difficult challenges -- "human" or "people" problems. Our consultants delight in taking on the hard, “soft-stuff” problems. Training

Our seasoned trainers can deliver workshops on a variety of topics including: Teambuilding and Teamwork, Communication Skills, Conflict Management, Facilitation Skills, Presentation Skills, Dealing with Difficult People/Team Members, and Change Management. All courses are customized and targeted to the experience levels and IT job functions of your people. Courses can be incorporated with your current training offerings or presented as stand-alone topics.

Facilitation

IT projects and IT organizations are often surrounded by sweeping changes and the human challenges that usually follow.  We facilitate across a wide-range of settings — from individual meetings to developing a complete change management program.

Our professionals are also experts in finding and resolving conflicts between and among individuals or organizations (interventions). Beyond just “peace-making,” our approach uncovers real issues and leads to the implementation of lasting solutions. Examples: Steering Committee meetings, Stakeholder/Customer meetings, Project debriefings (post-mortems), etc.

Coaching

Consultants, Managers and CIOs -- like many other executives -- can benefit from individual coaching. A coaching relationship can be directed at developing particular skills (decision making, presentations, etc.), resolving specific organizational/project problems (change, conflicts, etc.), and/or providing general managerial support. Career development and dealing with political workplace realities are also common topics.

Consulting

Our consultants can assist CIOs and Managers in designing, developing, and implementing organizational changes. Common examples are re-organizations, alignment of IT and corporate objectives, project team composition, team chartering, and employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
